Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is One Agency Elite Property Group ABN [INSERT ABN] of [INSERT BUSINESS ADDRESS] ("Promoter").

2. Competition Period
The competition commences at 12:01am AEST on [START DATE] and closes at 11:59pm AEST on [END DATE] ("Competition Period").

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must during the Competition Period:

• Complete and submit the official competition entry form; and

• Provide all requested contact details.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize
The prize consists of payment of the winner's council rates for a period of one (1) year, up to a maximum value of AUD $[INSERT MAXIMUM VALUE].
The prize:

• Is not transferable or exchangeable.

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Is limited to the winner's principal place of residence located within Australia.

• Covers council rates only and excludes water rates, strata levies, land tax, utility charges, penalties, interest charges or any other property-related expenses.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if required.

6. Prize Draw
The winner will be determined by random electronic draw conducted at:

The draw will be conducted fairly and randomly from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.

8. Prize Claim
The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of being notified.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the specified period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw.

9. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on [DATE] at the same location as the original draw.
Any winner drawn in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified within two (2) business days.

10. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and may require proof of identity, age and residential ownership or ratepayer status.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification.

11. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter contacting them regarding real estate services, market updates and promotional offers. Entrants may opt out at any time.

12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• Late, lost or misdirected entries;

• Technical malfunctions;

• Any variation in prize value; or

• Any tax implications arising from acceptance of the prize.

Entrants should seek independent financial advice regarding any taxation consequences.

13. General
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
